further, various packages are designed, to meet the typical requirements
of valued customers. An in-house dietician designs special menus
for diabetics and hypertensive patients. 'The AHAAR'
also intends to add on other packages to meet the requirements of
those with other problems, if any.*

Madras Café Inc., at San Francisco and takes care of the
establishment of the hi-tech kitchen at Mogappair.
Guptha.S.Ve,
Director takes care of all operations and logistics at Chennai for
'The AHAAR'.
Kalyani
Hariharan Director, responsible for public relations and
marketing activities.
Vijayasree
V. Guptha Director handles manpower and is the Production
and quality control manager.
Patrick
Technical Advisor, has been working in the field of catering with
various institutions in Tamilnadu, for the past 10 years.
